Hi. I’m Michele Randall, 40-something mom-to-4, wife-to-1, nature lover, piano junkie, seeker. . .and I LOVE YOGA!

For me, yoga is a journey, a moving meditation that harmonizes body and soul. I first discovered this physical/spiritual discipline 17 years ago & was hooked. Yoga helps to clear the cobwebs out of my mind. It strengthens and energizes my body. It heals physical and mental wounds: initially on your mat, then, the benefits percolate off the mat.

I teach because I want to share this gift of movement, breath, and health with others, and dive more deeply into the practice.
